Every detail seemed to go smoothly and quickly without any snags or holdups. And of course, God was behind the whole thing making it go so smoothly. I'm sure you have had your share of difficult transactions, but this one was special in the fact that we all got to get together and celebrate this transaction by getting to know each other with a nice dinner afterwards. What a great experience it was. Todd became our Property Manager. He and Gregory did a super job maintaining our property and securing us good vacation rentals. Shortly after our purchase, we were selected to be featured on an HGTV Caribbean Life Episode with Maria, however, because Maria was involved in a car accident after our selection, Todd jumped in to host the show in Maria’s absence. This episode is still a favorite repeat show on HGTV Caribbean Life. He did a fantastic job, especially considering he was our Property Manager, and not our Real Estate Broker (Maria). He indeed learned a lot about real estate from his partner Maria. UPDATED 2022 Thank you again Maria for how quickly you sold our condo, we are so glad you are nearly fully recovered from your car accident! The entire process went so smoothly too. We are again so grateful. Your professionalism from the very beginning to the closing was amazing! We are sad in part, we no longer have our vacation home there, but are thrilled we can simply contact Todd and he continues to us great vacation accommodations when we desire to visit. We love hooking up with Todd, and Maria, as well as all our established friends. We love going with them to Taco Tuesday, or Fajita Friday, at our favorite expat beachside restaurant “ONNO’S”. We are so pleased we met the new owners of our beloved condo. We also consider them our Caribbean friends, just like our friendship with Reliable Realty. You guys are the BEST!
