Renting a condo through your agency was so easy and we felt right at home the whole time we stayed there. We loved being able to explore the fun and safe beach-town areas of El Cortecito and Los Corales and found so much to do there! You know it’s been a successful vacation when you start planning to come back before you even leave, right? We are so glad we combined our vacation with our house-hunting endeavors. Thanks so much Maria for your detailed showing spreadsheet too. It will really help us evaluate where we want to buy when we are ready. Believe it or not, we loved all the properties you showed us so much that even now we find it hard to decide which one we like the most. That changes pretty much daily because all the properties have their positives and practically no negatives. You really did a great job picking properties for us. Now it’s up to us to pick one (or two!). We’ve both been incredibly busy since our return and working non-stop. That’s always the bad part of a vacation, the work that’s waiting for us when we get back. We will definitely be back though, and I know we will be in touch often. (Booked Real Estate Assessment Tour / Real Estate /Property Management & Real Estate again) We too took the property assessment tour with Maria in early October 2011 and found the condo that we had been dreaming of for the past several years. The tour was very informative, and Maria listened to our needs and only showed us the condos that met our criteria’s. There was no rush, no pressure. Everyone at Reliable Realty was extremely helpful in getting the condo ready for vacation rental use. Claudine (the Office Administrator then) was very instrumental in getting the additional items we needed and being sure photos were taken and emailed to us so we could see the progress. In the end, we owned a beautiful condo at Arenas de Bavaro that suited us to a tee! Todd has kept it consistently rented since we purchased it, and we felt he and Gregory kept us well informed at every turn in the road! 6 years later, after semi-retiring in our El Cortecito (Punta Cana) condo by the beach, we sadly had to sell it due to other family needs back in in TN. We of course listed our property with Maria. She provided a CMA on its worth and she was spot on! Maria sold it for us in less than 45 days! Our property had appreciated in value since we originally purchased it, so we were well pleased. We understand the new owners absolutely love it too! A rewarding feeling. We still miss our condo, Punta Cana golf courses, and our semi-retired life there. But we will visit often. Maybe rent our old condo. I'm Canadian and recently retired. I used to be like so many other people... dreaming of, and anticipating my golden reward... "A vacation in the Caribbean!" So, with the awesome help of my Real Estate Broker, Maria Williams, I purchased my own "QUEEN condo" at my favorite Caribbean place, in the beach-town area of Punta Cana (Bavaro), Dominican Republic! During the sales process, and then in retrospect, I had the very best and most honest help. Maria and I are now great friends here! I am so glad I purchased my own condo. Why would anyone ever want to go to a crowded resort? Or worse yet, on a cruise! You couldn't pay ME enough to go to a "corona-petri-dish, resort, or get on a cramped cruise ship! I love this gorgeous tropical island while sitting on my big, beautiful balcony. The grocery stores are always well stocked, and I have everything I need right here, while pampering my soul every day in the Caribbean's sun and ocean. Yup! I learned well. I'm now planning for full-time retirement here WHY? Because I love LIVING MY PARADISE DREAM like a QUEEN!

This episode is still a favorite repeat show on HGTV Caribbean Life. He did a fantastic job, especially considering he was our Property Manager, and not our Real Estate Broker (Maria). He indeed learned a lot about real estate from his partner Maria. UPDATED 2022 Thank you again Maria for how quickly you sold our condo, we are so glad you are nearly fully recovered from your car accident! The entire process went so smoothly too. We are again so grateful. Your professionalism from the very beginning to the closing has been amazing! We are sad in part, we no longer have our vacation home there, but are thrilled we can simply contact Todd and he continues to us great vacation accommodations when we desire to visit. We love hooking up with Todd, and Maria, as well as all our established friends. We love going with them to Taco Tuesday, or Fajita Friday, at our favorite expat beachside restaurant “ONNO’S”.
